A lapse never takes anything back. Your cases were never gated to begin with, the templates and attending notes you already wrote stay editable past the free allowance, the custom case lists you already made stay yours, and imported schedule blocks stay ordinary rows you can edit — only the daily refresh pauses.

Concept- The day's cases from the same calendar
- The calendar import reads your rotation blocks. Turning that same feed into the day's rooms and cases is a design direction with nothing shipped behind it, it is not part of Premium, and nothing in the app does it today.
Questions residents ask
- Do I need an account to log cases?
- Yes, one free account on every plan. One free account — Apple, Google, or a personal email — links your devices. Your cases stay on your phone; we hold an id and your program, never your name.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- You keep everything you made. Planning, form fill, and new custom lists lock; the template cap returns for new templates only; and the calendar refresh pauses. Nothing already in your log changes.
- Is there a free trial?
- Premium opens with a free trial. Cancel during it and you pay nothing, and your log is untouched either way — the case log itself was never the part you were paying for.
- Can my program pay for Premium?
- The Program plan buys the console, not Premium for its residents. Whether your own education fund covers software is a question for your program coordinator — policies differ, and some funds have no software line at all. Ask before you buy. How reimbursement works
- Is there a student price?
- Students pay nothing. The student app is its own product, and on Match Day it becomes the resident app with your record intact.
