Browser extension
The extension prefills the official ACGME Case Log form one case at a time, inside the tab you’re already logged into. You review and press Submit yourself — it never submits for you. It supports the anesthesiology case log today. How it works · Step-by-step guide.
Capnolog sends you the link from inside the app — there is no button for it here. In the app: the Log tab, the ACGME card, then Email me the extension link. It needs a Capnolog account. Adding the extension on a computer, and pairing with your phone.
